Entrance Clearance System

● Ability to submit requests (through a simple web-interface) using forms, indicating who can be provided with specific
access based on time-limits but also locations (restricted access based on classification method).
● Ability to create groups, user favourite lists , frequent contacts , etc.
● Ability to send e-mails to visitors in order to let them know about their date/time of visit and location access.
● All approvals/requests can be transferred to IPPhones that are installed on entrance gates so that security personnel can
act accordingly.
● Ability to provide immediate status of a budge (airport ID card) , ie.: if it has been reported stolen , cancelled , expired ,etc.
● Ability to present photo (the exact photo that is on the budge).
